pro's:you can see the busy streets of makati from our view... tons of resto's and bars sorrounding the area...mini stop just outside the hotel... just a few minutes ride going to greenbelt, glorietta mall and MRT station... just right for what you pay for... it's a tight budget stay! friendly staff...
con's:
the building is old, only have two elevators which is a pain when you are in a hurry knowing the hotel have 32 floors... the building is in the Red light district area so dont be surprise if you see people around offering entertainments... if u know what i mean... traffic is bad in rush hours (always is)... hot water doesnt work much in our room, but the hotel part does (based on our 2006 stay...)
